If you use Easytanner directly after applying eyebrow colour they are at risk of misscolouring. Therefore make sure you wait untill all the colour is gone before applying.

My machine is scratched. Has it been used?

At delivery there is a plastic film over the mirror glass. See if that is still attatched.

Do you need to wash off Easytanner

No you do not need to wash your face after applying Easytanner. You can apply the tan anytime, but wait about two hours before applying foundation or any other liquid makeup.

What are the ingredients of the original colour?

Deionized Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Dihydroxyacetone (Organic), Ethoxydiglycol, Cetearyl Isononanoate, Ceteareth-20, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Glycerin, Ceteareth-12, Cetyl Palmitate, Caramel, Walnut Extract, Polysorbate 20, Tocopherol Actetate(Vitamin E), Retinyl Palmitate(Vitamin A), Ascorbic Acid(Vitamin C)

The pressure/spray from my machine is not good.

This is most likely for two reasons. Either your battery is low, try charging it. Or the machine nossle is clogged. Then follow these (länk) instructions, if that does not work please contact us!
